The rules that catch people out most often:

• Air Force 1 runs about half a size large.
• Yeezy Slides and Foam Runners run large — down a full size is normal, and there are no half sizes.
• Kobe models are narrow and low-volume; wide feet go up a half.
• Jordan 11 is tight through the patent leather.
• Asics and New Balance are the roomiest here and generally fit true.
• Timberland 6-inch runs about half a size large.
