Return and Refund Policy
Sales Conditions:
- All sales are final, except in the case of a delivery mistake (e.g., wrong size/item) or if the received item is defective.
Eligibility & Initiating a Return:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
- Please contact us within 7 of receiving your order at info@solesdistrict.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Shipping Costs for a Return:
- If you receive an incorrect size/item or a defective product due to our mistake, we'll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund/Exchange Notification:

Refund Method:
