Return and Refund Policy

If we send the incorrect item or size, or if the item you receive is defective, we will make it right at no additional cost to you. Contact our support team or email info@solesdistrict.com, and we will provide further instructions, including sending you a prepaid return label to ship the item back.

Returns

We now accept returns on all eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in brand-new condition, with all tags attached and in the same condition as received.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to cover shipping and payment processing costs.

Exchanges

Exchanges are also allowed within the same 14-day window and are subject to the same 10% restocking fee as returns.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow an additional 1–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@solesdistrict.com to request a return or exchange.
  2. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label.
  3. Follow these steps:
    • Package the item securely in a shipping box or sack.
    • Print and attach the return label to the package.
    • Drop it off at your nearest UPS location and request a receipt for tracking.
  4. Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria:
    • Brand-new condition with tags attached.
    • No signs of wear or damage.
  5. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus the 10% restocking fee.
  6. If the return does not meet the criteria, we will contact you with further information. We reserve the right to either re-ship the item back to you or charge a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the returned item.
