When does Bottega Desires drop?
Fridays, in two stages. SMS subscribers get in at 1pm ET, and the public drop opens an hour later at 2pm ET.
| Access | Day | Time (ET) |
|---|---|---|
| SMS early access | Friday | 1:00pm |
| Public drop | Friday | 2:00pm |
All times are US Eastern. The SMS list is free to join, which makes the one-hour head start the easiest to get of any brand on this level — there is no paid membership tier to buy into.
They do not drop every week
Frequency depends on where the brand is in a collection, so some weeks there is nothing. Following Bottega Desires on social media is the most reliable way to know when the next one lands. The times above are the pattern rather than a guarantee.
If you miss a drop, we hold stock from previous ones — see our Bottega Desires collection.
Is Bottega Desires related to Bottega Veneta?
No. They are unrelated — different companies, different products, no collaboration between them. The shared first word is the only connection, and it catches a lot of people out.
Worth saying plainly because it is the single most common confusion around the name. Bottega Veneta is an Italian leather house. Bottega Desires is a streetwear label, and the woven labels on its pieces list Houston as the origin.
The two make completely different things at completely different prices. If you landed here looking for intrecciato leather, you are in the wrong place.
What does Bottega Desires actually make?
Two threads run through everything.
Motorsport and team sport
Nascar race panels, Formula-styled tracksuits, football jerseys, and a Jackie Robinson jersey and long sleeve. The racing influence shows up as sponsor-patch sleeves, panelled tracksuit jackets and number graphics rather than as a single logo.
Blunt slogan work
Anarchy, Sex Sells, Ransom, War, Unruly Desires. These are set large and centred rather than tucked into a pocket print — the text is the graphic, not a detail on one.
What is a Bottega Desires tech set?
A zip hoodie and a matching sweatpant in a technical fabric, made in the same colourway. The two halves are listed separately, so you can buy one or both.
The tech set is the piece the brand is best known for. It has been released in black, grey, blue and green, and the Patches and Racing tracksuit sets follow the same idea in different materials.
Two practical notes if you are buying one:
- Take the same size in both halves. The set was designed as a proportion, and sizing the pant differently changes how it reads.
- Technical fabric does not fit like fleece. The tech zip hoodie sits closer to the body than a heavyweight cotton hoodie at the same size — less slouch, more structure.
How does Bottega Desires fit?
Take your usual size across the range. Tees are cut boxy, tech pieces and jerseys sit closer to the body, and shorts run roomy through the thigh. Sizes run S to XXL, cut unisex.
The fit is not uniform across the range, which is worth knowing before you order more than one thing:
- T-shirts are boxy — wide through the chest with a shorter body than a standard tee. Your usual size is right unless you actively dislike a boxy cut.
- Jerseys are cut as sport jerseys, not as tees. The body runs longer and the sleeve sits differently. Do not assume your tee size carries across.
- Tech zip hoodies sit closer to the body than a cotton hoodie. Structured rather than slouchy.
- Long sleeves and flannels are the most constructed things here — reconstructed thermals, hybrid flannels, layered pieces built from multiple fabrics rather than printed on a blank.
- Shorts — leather, camo cargo and washed denim — are cut roomy through the thigh.
Every product page carries the measurements for that specific piece. With a range this mixed, that chart matters more than usual.
Are the leather shorts real leather?
The material is listed on each product page, and the range includes both real and faux. Check the page rather than assuming from the photo — the finishes look similar in product shots.
Either way, the leather and faux-leather shorts are the pieces that move fastest out of the bottoms.
How should I wash it?
Cold, inside out, hang dry across the board.
The tech fabrics in particular do not want heat — a dryer will do more damage to a technical zip hoodie than any number of cold washes. The large centred slogan prints are the other thing heat damages first.
Where to buy Bottega Desires
Everything we carry is bought either direct from the brand or from a partner who sources directly from the brand, so every piece traces back to the source. If anything about a supplier looks off, we do not buy it — our reputation is worth more than any single order. It ships from our own stock here in the US.
If you like this lane, the closest things we stock are Vale Forever, HMDD, GV Gallery and Stile De Amor.
